KEYSIGHT DSOX1000 - oscilloscopes with high technology affordable for everyone

Keysight DSOX1000 is the new basic series of Keysight InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. It uses the same technology, including ultra-fast memory MegaZoom 4th generation, have the same user interface and wide range of features in this price level of oscilloscopes unprecedented. There are six 2-channel models with the frequency ranges 50, 70 and 100 MHz available.

Basic parameters:

• 50 MHz models – sample rate 1 GSa / s, memory depth 100.000 points 
• 70 and 100 MHz models – sample rate 2 GSa / s, memory depth 1,000,000 points, segmented memory up to 50 segments
• Update rate 50.000 wfms/s
• Built-in 20 MHz WaveGen function generator for each frequency range (for „G“ models)
• 7 inch color TFT LCD WVGA display

Functions:

• 24 automatic signal parameter measurements
• Math functions including FFT 
• At 70 and 100 MHz models –  hardware-based mask testing, quick validation of signal’s quality and detection of  errors with up to 50,000 tests per second
• Frequency response analyzer - gain and phase measurement versus frequency (bode plot) - models "G"
• Built-in WaveGen function generator ("G" models)
  Frequency range 0.1 Hz to 20 MHz
  Range of the generated signal amplitude from 2 mVpp to 20 Vpp
  Sine wave, square, pulse, ramp and noise
  The possibility of output signal modulation in AM, FM or FSK format
• Hardware-based serial protocol decode and triggering 
  RS232/UART a I2C - 50 MHz models  
  RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN a LIN - 70 and 100 MHz models

Conectivity:

• USB port on front panel for connecting a storage disk or printer
• USB interface (with USBTMC support) for PC connection on the rear panel
• Pair of passive probes with switchable aspect ratio of 1: 1 and 10: 1 as a standard accessories
